The Center Benefit is a community event held in the heart of Jackson’s downtown area. We’ve included answers to some frequently asked questions below to ensure you are prepared to have a great time!

Free parking is available in the multi-level parking structure on the corner of Millward and Simpson. Parking is also available in the public lot on the north side of The Center Theater. Street side parking is unavailable on Cache Street. We discourage on-street parking in the neighborhoods surrounding Center for the Arts.

Please present your print-at-home ticket or e-ticket at one of two Center tents to obtain access to The Park. Tickets will be scanned upon entry.

The Center Benefit Concert is our largest fundraiser of the year. If you can no longer attend, or we have to cancel for any reason we are unable to offer refunds and will gratefully acknowledge your ticket purchase as a donation.

Mobile restrooms are located in The Center Park near the Patrick Dougherty: Finders Keepers willow sculpture. Additionally, bathroom facilities are available inside the building near The Center Theater.

Seating is general admission. Chairs are available for rent. You’re welcome to bring your own chairs or blanket.

While outside food is allowed, food purchases at The Center Benefit allow us to continue our relationship with local food purveyors. We and they appreciate your business!

As a courtesy to our vendors and bar, please limit outside beverages to water only.

Although weather in Jackson can be unpredictable, we plan to host a great event, rain or shine. Please plan accordingly. In the unlikely event of severe weather, The Center reserves the right to cancel in an abundance of caution for the safety of our patrons, musicians and staff. Should we need to cancel The Center Benefit, we are unable to offer refunds and will gratefully acknowledge your ticket purchase as a donation.

Yes, all attendees older than 6 years of age will need a ticket to attend the event. Anyone 6 or younger may attend without a ticket.
