Box Office FAQs

  • All tickets are charged a $3 surcharge fee, which covers the cost of processing and handling your ticket in the ticketing system. The fee is not refundable in any capacity. The fee covers system costs, ticket stock and printing, payment method services, and staff preparation.

  • All Patrons are required to have a ticket for ticketed events. Children 24 months (2 years) and younger may be admitted without a ticket, if the child occupies the same seat as the ticket holder. From time to time, a performance group may restrict or advise the age at which children can attend. Please make certain to ask a box office representative at the time of purchase if the content is age appropriate. Event pages on The Center’s website will include information for your reference as well. Parents/Guardians are also advised to select age-appropriate performances for their children. Performance groups make every attempt necessary to notify audiences in advance of adult-themed shows. Refunds cannot be issued.

  • Prices for all shows are determined by the Resident organization or production group, therefore student pricing is not available for all performances. Student pricing refers to ages 2-18 years old or with a current college ID, unless the Resident organization or production group announce differently. The Center Box Office is not responsible for any student pricing.
