All sales for ticketed events are final. All tickets purchased through The Center Box Office are nonrefundable. Center for the Arts reserves the right to adjust ticket prices at any time.
Tickets must be paid for in full at time of purchase. It may take up to three business days for the charge to appear in your records. An email confirmation will be sent upon purchase completion.
-
The Center Box Office does not exchange tickets between events. If an event has multiple performances, tickets can be transferred to another performance of the same event based on availability. Tickets can also be exchanged for different seats at the same event, based on availability. If the new ticket is less expensive, no refund is issued. If the new ticket is more expensive, the patron must pay the balance. All exchanged orders are subject to the $3 processing fee per ticket.
-
If you can’t join us for a performance, we invite you to share the joy with someone else by donating your tickets. You can do this by calling our Box Office at (307) 733-4900 or visiting in person. Ticket donations are tax-deductible, and we’ll provide you with a receipt for your records.
Please note: The Center does not offer refunds for returned tickets. We also cannot accept tickets for resale after the day of the performance. For any returns we are able to process, the $3 per-ticket surcharge is non-refundable.
-
Center for the Arts does not authorize, facilitate, or accept responsibility for any third-party ticket sales. To ensure you purchase valid tickets and do not overpay, please only purchase tickets through jhcenterforthearts.org or The Center Box Office.

By purchasing a ticket for an event at The Center, you are agreeing to share your email with the presenting organization. We do not share emails outside of the presenting organization, and you will always be presented the option to opt out of future emails. For Center email contact preference, navigate to your account on our website to update your settings.

In such a case that a production is canceled or rescheduled, ticket buyers will be notified and all ticket changes will be handled by the Patron Services Manager.

Center for the Arts is committed to fostering a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable environment for all patrons, artists, and staff and to providing affordable access to our venue. We reserve the right to refuse service, deny entry, or remove any individual from our premises at our discretion if their behavior is disruptive, unsafe, unlawful, or otherwise violates our policies. Furthermore, we reserve the right to refund, cancel, or change ticket orders.
-
Patrons may have duplicate tickets printed at the Box Office by providing a name, order number, or ticket confirmation email. If Box Office Staff are unable to verify an order, new tickets must be purchased. However, if proof of purchase is provided at a later date, a refund for any additional tickets purchased will be issued.
-
If an event is sold out, The Center may create a waitlist. If tickets become available, the Patron Services Manager contacts the waitlist to resell those tickets. Tickets are not held for any member of the waitlist, even if a message is left for them. Two hours before the start of the show, the waitlist is voided and an in-person standby list is created at the Box Office.
