The Uncommon Art Show presents a medley of work from artists who have participated in the Uncommon Art Residency in Jackson or New York over the past eight years. The Residency was launched in 2017 at Sound View Greenport, New York, and then at the Anvil Hotel in Jackson, Wyoming hosting contemporary artists, composers, musicians, and playwrights. Selected artists are given space and time to make art, explore, and a platform to share their work with the local community. The Uncommon Art Show brings together past residency participants for a multidisciplinary group show that will surprise and delight our community with new, fresh artwork from across the country.
