The Vagina Monologues

The Vagina Monologues will be performed at Dancers Workshop Studio 1 (second floor) in Center for the Arts. Raffle items will be available. A pad/tampon donation box will be available to benefit Community Safety Network.

The Vagina Monologues
The award-winning play is based on V-Day Founder/playwright Eve Ensler’s interviews with more than 200 women. With humor and grace the piece celebrates women’s sexuality and strength. Through this play and the liberation of this one word, countless women throughout the world have taken control of their bodies and their lives. For more than sixteen years, The Vagina Monologues has given voice to experiences and feelings not previously exposed in public.

Tickets are sliding scale $10-$25 in order to make the performances more accessible to the broader public.

90% of proceeds go to benefit the Community Safety Network. 10% of proceeds go to benefit the VDay Spotlight Campaign: Women in prisons and jails and formerly incarcerated women
