Thin Air Shakespeare is back! This free, family-friendly outdoor production will invite audiences to enjoy Shakespeare’s most popular play. Directed and adapted by Edgar Landa of Shakespeare and Company. Bring your picnic and your family and friends to the free performances on The Center Amphitheater.

Picnic Basket Auction is Back!
“To bid, or not to bid “¦”

Actually, that is not the question. The real question is which basket to bid on!

After a successful inaugural year, Off Square Theatre Company’s will again hold an online auction of picnics or “Bard Baskets” to support their free Thin Air Shakespeare performances of The Taming of the Shrew held in the outdoor amphitheater of The Center for Arts. Attendees are encouraged to come early (the lawn opens at 6:30), bring a blanket and a picnic to enjoy with the pre-show entertainment. Auction winners will be able to arrive and have their “Bard Basket” picnic ready and waiting for them!

20 restaurants and others have donated suppers and other treats to this online-only auction. Contributing restaurants include: The Alpenhof, The Bentwood Inn, The Blue Lion, Four Seasons / West Bank Grill, Full Steam Subs, Gather, Hotel Terra, King Sushi, New York City Subs, Pearl Street Market, Picnic, Persephone Bakery and Cafe, Quiznos, Street Food @ the Stagecoach, Sweet Water Restaurant, Teton Tiger, Teton Distillery, Thai Me Up / Melvin Brewing, The Wort Hotel, and Vom Fass.
