Dancers’ Workshop & the Russian Club of Jackson Hole presents a screening of “The Nutcracker,” performed by The Mariinsky Ballet in St. Petersburg, Russia. Celebrate the holiday season with the magic of Tchaikovsky’s score and dancing sugar plums in this beloved ballet.
Remember the story? It’s the story of a young girl named Clara who is gifted a nutcracker doll for Christmas. After being broken by her brother, Clara cares for the wounded nutcracker, which later saves her from the evil Mouse King and is then transformed into a heroic prince. Together, the prince and Clara travel to an enchanted island where celebrations, hosted by the Sugar Plum Fairy, are held in their honor.
Join us for the perfect Sunday afternoon activity, and get in the spirit of the holidays!
