From the rhythms of French Polynesia, this Intro to Tahitian workshop allows participants to engage in an active and fun style of dancing. In Tahiti, dance is not only a form of modern entertainment and storytelling, but of spirituality, lineage and competition. We will cover basic hip and feet movements coupled with fun and flair. Please no photos or recording.

Women: encouraged to bring a pareo/sarong
Men: encouraged to wear shorts
