Join us for the 2023 Womentum Leadership Summit, a leadership empowerment conference featuring speakers, workshops and conversations. This year’s summit, titled “Getting Real: Choosing Authenticity,” will take place Thursday, Nov. 2, and Friday, Nov. 3, with all events at the Center for the Arts.

The summit will kick off Thursday evening with keynote Ruth Rathblott, TEDx and inspirational speaker, bestselling author of “Singlehandedly,” and an award-winning former nonprofit leader. Ruth was born with a limb difference and speaks on issues of equity and belonging, the gifts of being unique, and the freedom of accepting your differences. Ruth touches on the subjects of visible and invisible disabilities, covering hidden differences, and otherness. She demonstrates the power of living authentically and enables the recognition that our differences are our greatest gift.

On Friday, we welcome back Bonnie Wan, our 2022 Leadership Summit keynote speaker, to facilitate a full-day “The Life Brief Immersion.” After rave reviews and tremendous requests for more from our 2022 summit attendees, Bonnie graciously agreed to return to Wyoming to guide participants to dive deep, get clear, and create a plan for what they really want in life.

Bonnie is the creator of “The Life Brief,” a practice for intentional and imaginative living. She is a career brand strategist who has spent the last three decades working with companies to articulate the essence of who they are and has transformed this practice into a personal development strategy for individuals. As Bonnie says, “You can’t have everything, but you can have what matters.”
