Join The Center for the inaugural Color Vérité Film Festival on August 26th, 2026!
An evening of film and wonder. In its opening year, Color Vérité will kick off with a free showing (no ticket required) of the feature film “Across Together: The Return Expedition,” beginning at 5:00 PM.
Following the feature, a selection of short films will be screened beginning at 7:00 PM. The lineup spans stories of Indigenous communities, immigrant experiences, environmental stewardship, skiing, paddling, climbing, and personal relationships with wild places. Films shown will include Sundance-winning film The Boy and the Bees, Buckskin by Emmy-nominated filmmaker Mars Verrone, and Snowlands Environmental Storytelling winner Let My People Go Skiing.
The night will close out with a celebration in The Center Lobby featuring world-renowned DJ Jambalaya.

¡Únete al Centro para el Color Vérité Film Festival inaugural el 26 de agosto de 2026!
Una velada de cine y asombro. En su año inaugural, Color Vérité dará comienzo con una proyección gratuita del largometraje “ Across Together: the Return Expedition,” a partir de las 17:00 horas.
Tras la película principal, se proyectará una selección de cortometrajes a partir de las 19:00. La programación abarca historias de comunidades indígenas, experiencias de inmigrantes, protección del medio ambiente, esquí, piragüismo, escalada y la conexión personal con la naturaleza. Entre los cortometrajes que se proyectarán se encuentran The Boy and the Bees, ganadora del Festival de Sundance; Buckskin, del cineasta nominado al Emmy Mars Verrone; y Let My People Go Skiing, ganador del premio Snowlands Environmental Storytelling.
La noche culminará con una celebración en el vestíbulo del centro, a cargo del DJ de renombre mundial Jambalaya.
