Wildly Creative Campaign to Highlight Arts Community and Local Creatives

Jackson, WY - Center for the Arts and Center of Wonder announce the launch of Wildly Creative, a collaborative arts awareness campaign produced in conjunction with the Jackson Hole Travel and Tourism Board. The campaign highlights Jackson, Wyoming’s creative individuals, organizations and businesses to elevate the regional reputation of Jackson as a uniquely creativecommunity and destination.

For generations, artists, makers, and explorers have found inspiration in the sweeping geographic and cultural panoramas of Jackson, Wyoming and Grand Teton National Park. Recognizing the opportunity to bring the story of the region’s rich cultural offerings to a larger audience, Center for the Arts and Center of Wonder conceived the idea for a regional advertising campaign.

“Jackson’s arts community encompasses so many creatives working in diverse disciplines that we knew we had to include input and collaboration on the campaign from many perspectives. We created an advisory team of representatives, which we anticipate will only keep growing,” said Kirsten Corbett, Arts Communications for Center of Wonder.

Working closely with more than two dozen local nonprofit and for-profit arts and cultural partners, the resulting campaign features the community’s dynamic arts scene. The ongoing effort includes an Instagram influencer program, print and digital ads, marketing workshops for the arts community, as well as video shorts profiling the stories of local creatives. Jackson based New Thought Digital Agency was retained to lead input sessions and create campaign elements.

“The nonprofit arts and culture sector is a significant industry in the Town of Jackson generating $51.2 million in total economic activity each year, according to a recent study by Americans for the Arts. Wildly Creative is shining a spotlight on many of the creative leaders that are the crux of our community,” remarked Anne Bradley, The Center’s Marketing Director.

“The Jackson Hole Travel & Tourism board is thrilled to support the Center for Arts and Center of Wonder in the creation and release of the Wildly CreativeCampaign. Through a collaborative effort with the arts community, they were able to capture the essence and importance of arts and culture in Jackson while aligning with the STAY WILD destination brand campaign,” said Kate Sollitt, Executive Director of the Jackson Hole Travel & Tourism Board. “WildlyCreative elevates the arts messaging and will help drive visitation to Jackson during the shoulder season for reasons beyond adventure and nature, and truly round out the guest experience.”
