Livestream FAQs

  • Only one ticket is needed per household.

  • Our livestreams are available for varying amounts of time; each individual event will have information about how long the stream will be available.

  • You do not need to be a local to view one of our livestreams; the time the stream starts is in Mountain Time.

  • The livestream can be viewed on its event page in TicketSpice. This page can be reached either by clicking the event on the homepage, or by finding the event on the calendar, then by clicking through to the page on TicketSpice.

  • The livestream is only online. However, you may be able to view the stream by connecting your laptop to your TV via an HDMI cord.

  • We recommend viewing the stream on a laptop or desktop computer. Some older versions of iPads or smartphones may not have the necessary technology to support viewing the livestream.

  • We recommend that you open the livestream and log in 15-30 minutes before the stream starts, to allow for time to troubleshoot any issues that you may encounter.

  • Once you’ve clicked through to the livestream, a login window will pop up over the stream itself. Login will become available 30 minutes before the stream starts.

  • When logging in, click the “Forgot my password” button below the login in order to send a reset link to your email address. Follow that link from your email in order to reset your password.

  • If you are unsure what the issue is, or if the above fixes don’t work for you, there are a few things you can try:

    • Restart your computer
    • Clear the cookies/cache on your browser
    • Use a different browser
