Center Benefit concert frequently asked questions

 

Below are more details you may be interested in regarding this year's Center Benefit Concert featuring Cory Wong.  

Event Details: 

Here are some FAQs as well as dos and don'ts while attending The Center Benefit Concert in The Center Park.

Time: Gates to The Center Park open at 5:00 pm. Entertainment begins at 7:00 pm. Festivities end at 9 pm.

Entry: Please present your print-at-home ticket or e-ticket on your phone at one of the two green Center tents to obtain access to The Park. Tickets will be scanned upon entry.

Parking: Free parking is available in the multi-level parking structure on the corner of Millward and Simpson. Parking is also available in the public lot on the north side of The Center Theater. Streetside parking is unavailable on Cache Street. We discourage on-street parking in the neighborhoods surrounding Center for the Arts.

Food and Beverage: Food will be available for purchase from Spoons, In Season Pizza, and Street Food. Wine, beer, water, and soft drinks will be available for purchase from The Center. All beverage sales directly support The Center. No outside food or drink will be permitted.

Seating: All tickets are general admission. Chairs are not provided. Please bring your own blanket or chair.

Restrooms: Bathroom facilities are available inside the building near The Center Theater. Additionally, mobile restrooms are located in The Center Park. 

Kids: All ages are welcome. Patrons aged six and under do not need a ticket to enter. 

 

Kindly leave your dogs, tarps, glass, alcohol, coolers, tents, umbrellas, fireworks, and firearms at home.

 

ADA Accessibility: The Center is an ADA-compliant facility. If you require ADA accommodations, The Center staff would be happy to assist you! Please contact Abi Domingue, Box Office Manager, at 307-734-8956 x116.

 

Weather: Although weather in Jackson can be unpredictable, we plan to host a great event, rain or shine. Please plan accordingly. In the unlikely event of severe weather, The Center reserves the right to cancel in an abundance of caution for the safety of our patrons, musicians, and staff. Should we need to cancel The Center Benefit, we are unable to offer refunds and will gratefully acknowledge your ticket purchase as a donation.

 

Outdoor Concert Safety: Please stay home if you are at high risk, sick, or if you have knowingly been exposed to COVID-19. COVID-19 protocol is subject to change based on community guidelines. Please check our COVID-19 info page closer to the concert for the most up-to-date information.
