The Art Association’s “Creating Hand-in-Hand” Outreach Program makes the arts accessible to everyone, regardless of age, ability or background. These classes specifically address the needs of special populations through art education, providing a creative outlet and avenue for self-expression.

This annual exhibit is an opportunity for participants to display a variety of artwork created within the past year.
