Every Thursday, Friday and Saturday - Manny Sanchez knows how to get people moving, smiling and breaking a sweat all at the same time. His popular Zumba classes have been growing in size, and participants leave having received a great workout.

Dancers' Workshop is thrilled to add Zumba classes to its ongoing Adult Dance Program. Zumba Fitness will meet on Thursdays at 8:30-9:30 a.m., Fridays at 6:30-7:30 p.m. and Saturdays, 9:00-10:00 a.m.

Manny Sanchez started teaching dance in Mexico City when he was 15 years old. Later, he traveled the world teaching dance classes and working as a choreographer and dancer for Club Med and other resorts. About two years ago, Manny became certified to teach ZUMBA fitness and is a ZUMBA Education Specialist.
