How many tickets do I need to purchase to view a livestream?

Only one ticket is needed per household.

How many times can I view the stream?

Our livestreams are available for varying amounts of time; each individual event will have information about how long the stream will be available. As long as the stream is up on the event page, you can view it as many times as you’d like.

If I am in a different area or time zone, can I still use the livestream?

You do not need to be a local to view one of our livestreams; the time the stream starts is in Mountain Time.

Where do I watch the livestream?

The livestream can be viewed on its event page. This page can be reached either by clicking the event on the homepage, or by finding the event on the calendar.

Can I watch the livestream on my TV?

The livestream is only hosted on The Center’s website. However, you may be able to view the stream by connecting your laptop to your TV via an HDMI cord.

What device is best for viewing the stream?

We recommend viewing the stream on a laptop or desktop computer. Some older versions of iPads or smartphones may not have the necessary technology to support viewing the livestream.

How do I log in?

You can log in either by clicking the person icon on the top right of the website, or by logging in on the event page itself. The login on the event page will become available approximately 15 minutes before the stream starts.

I forgot my password.

When logging in, click the “Reset here” button below the login in order to send a reset link to your email address. Follow that link from your email in order to reset your password.

I only see a black box where the livestream should be.

This may be a browser issue - some Chrome users have trouble viewing the streams. Try using a different web browser (i.e. Safari or Firefox).

I’m having an issue that I don’t see listed above.

If you are unsure what the issue is, or if the above fixes don’t work for you, there are a few things you can try:

  • Restart your computer
  • Clear the cookies/cache on your browser
  • Use a different browser

If you are still unable to view the livestream, please call The Center at (307) 734-8956 for help from a member of our staff.
